My flowers were delivered on time and I was quite pleased with the appearance of the arrangement. Had some issues working through the on-line ordering site with error messages popping up that seemingly did not apply. This resulted in a duplicate order, but the issue was quickly resolved with a phone call made to a friendly and courteous staff member.

I sent birthday flowers for a Friday not realizing the recipient was out of town. When they tried to deliver and realized this, Cullop Jenning took it upon themselves to take it back, remake another fresh arrangement and redeliver on Monday when she got home.
